The Eagle Bill pipe is designed to use with finely ground dry herbs.
Step 1: Remove the filter screen
Step 2: Put your favorite smoking blend in the bowl (make sure it's very fine before you put in the bowl)
Step 3: Heat the bottom of the bowl until a fine steam starts
Step 4: To get more steam you have to shake the pipe vigourously
Step 5: You can now start smoking as with a traditional pipe
