• Sublingually:
Placed under the tongue and held for 60-90 seconds before swallowing, the CBD enters the bloodstream faster than if swallowed. This is the easiest and most straight forward method.

• Vaporize:
Vaporization point is between 180-200 degrees celsius. (Vape pens and dab rigs)

• CBD-Infused oil:
Easily soluble in carrier oils like hemp seed oil, coconut oil, olive oil etc. These infused oils can be used to create CBD edibles like brownies / cookies or any other recipe requiring oil. Even coffees and smoothies. And used topically on your skin – massage oils.
NOTE: The boiling point of CBD is 180 degrees celsius so take care when using the infused oils at higher temperatures as some of the CBD potency may be lost at higher temperature.

• Boost Potency of other cannabinoid rich oils:
If you have a hemp oil that you would like to increase the CBD potency without increasing the THC (our Pura Vida CBD 10% oil for example), you can easily add some of the isolate crystals.
NOTE: To make sure you have an accurate dose, always use a scale that can measure small weights in milligrams. This allows precise control.
