Hey there.
I seriously recommend micro dosing psilocybin. For me it has completely changed my life.

The start of this year I decided to look for alternative treatment for my anxiety and depression which led me to discovering micro dosing. I read up on it and decided I give it a go. Wow what can I say! 3 months in my crippling anxiety is all but gone and the depression that came with it.

Have been interested in micro dosing for while and had some goes at it, so very keen to try the product.

First took full 2mg tablet and felt a definite perceptable effect, slightly out of it/stoned feeling. This is not the effect I wanted is I tried a half tab.

The lower dose works much better, stimulation and freshness, aided with study, training and focus. That's the dose for me and this, finding your dose, is key to getting benefit.

Good luck with it and remember, sub perceptual... not stoned. You want to feel normal with a bit of a "on form" vibe.
