Relax: when you need to relax take 1 capsule. If you looking to induce sleep take 2 to 4 capsules before going to bed.
Aquarius: take 2 capsules with a lot of water and allow 45 minutes for the effect. No more than 2 capsules in 24 hours!
Passionflower: if you want to drink it as tea put 2 gr in 150 ml of boiling water and let it steep for 30 minutes. You can drink it max 3 to 4 times a day. You can also smoke it.
